1. We recommend to use hand wash rather than using washing machine when you wash them for the first time. Please wash them gently to prevent damage to the badge or patch.
2. Please make sure to flip them inside out, and wash them gently in cold water by hand wash or "soft" mode for the washing machine, especially for the first 5 times.
3. We recommend do not dry with iron, just hang dry. But if you need to iron them, please be careful around the patch or badge area, flip inside out if possible.
4. Keep your shirts away from high humidity or direct sun light.

• Normally the production time is take around 10 -12 business days.
• The delivery time via register airmail is take around 8-10 business days.
• The delivery time via courier express is take around 3-5 business days ( but the production is the same )

If you place order of 4+ shirts, we will partially ship them . We always split the large order into small packs, each pack contain 1 - 4 shirts to keep you free of importing tax. It's typical that you will NOT get all shipments at once.

If your shirts are ship via courier express service, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours after shown on the order detail page.

FOR REGISTER AIRMAIL : When the shipment tracking number was provided , You can use the tracking check at http://track.thailandpost.co.th/trackinternet/Default.aspx

FOR SPAINISH CUSTOMERS : If you choose Registered Airmail , When the shipment arrived your local ( which may take around 8-10 days AFTER sent date ) You can check the status via http://www.correos.es

3. Our purchase system is pre-paid method . We will start producing the order after we received your purchase order payment .

5. The product time is take around 8 – 12 business days ( could be take a little more or less depend on many factors ) . ** Normally you would receive the shipment package within 3-4 weeks after payment date **
6. After you made the purchase order payment , you can login to our website to review the correction and check the order status anytime .
7. The tracking number will be provide As Soon As the shipment already be sent which may take time 8-12 business days after payment date , Please be patient . When the shipment sent , we will up the tracking number to your PO details and also send the email to inform you .
   

- Sometime the delay / accidental temporary out of stock might occur to which items , The partially refund may need to apply if necessary .

- If you are the dropshipping / agency who wish us to directly send the shipment to your customers , please be clearly understand that sometime some of our items could be delay OR need to be refunded . We recommend that it’s better for you to have some of your own stock .

** For Spanish customers who choose registered Airmail , Please monitor your shipment status via http://www.correos.es your shipment can be tracked when it arrived your local which may take 8-10 days after sent date . If No receiver at place , the shipment will rest at your local post office about 10 days before sending back to the origin ( Sender ) . So please be carefully monitor your shipment . **

We provided return and money back gaurantee only with the defected item (not from abused usage) or wrong typo in name/number within 7 days after shipment arrival (check by tracking number)

Please report by sending email to us including order ID and detail of the claim. We will contact you back shortly to solve the problem.

We always try our best to complete your orders. However, in some case which we cannot compete your order such as out of stock items from the factory during peak seasons, we will give you a refund of the item cost and difference of shipping cost paid. Our representative staff will contact you individually to solve the problems.
